I'm Bringin' Xanga Back [Them Other Blogs Don't Know How To Act]

Xanga.
She's like a well-loved teddy bear.

Sometimes you find your teddy bear, and you think, "Wow, we had some great times together, didn't we?"

So guess what? I think we're lame for not keeping up with our xangas. So here's my promise to you, fellow xanga veterans!

IF you will keep up the commenting -- I'll keep up with the posting, and keep it entertaining (like it used to be)!!

That's my challenge.
go to it, people.

Hannah Montana

I'm pretty much her.

So long, town of my birth...

[i am such a drama queen!]

we like to party.

ah, well.
spring break is almost over. approximately two hours until it's officially MONDAY.

for a homeschooled girl like me...spring break after the first semester of college was like HEAVEN! Seriously!

Hey now, hey now, hear what I say now...happiness is just around the corner!

This is how I feel now. Pure psyching myself up for summertime. This summer is going to be the best ever, I think.
I THINK!

I'm going to make it be.

*Sigh* I'm also still mulling over what to do in the fall. Guess I have to decide that soonly, eh?

This is like...major ventage. haha. makes no sense. like a journal, without leaving my homeworkmachine (aka my computer, which btw still needs a name. Suggestions?!).

la te da.

i saw the sign, i opened up my eyes and saw the sign!

oh dear..
where's the caffeine?

The once-in-a-while blog.

Sometimes I like to waste time on here, you know, for old times sake.

Emily and I were talking yesterday about how much we miss the 'xanga days'.

We had no lives, and the most popular of us - the true xanga royalty- tried to act like we had lives. But come on, we posted like once a DAY...how pathetic is that??

Emily and I were also musing about how much we desperately miss the adorable smiley faces.

So that being said, I am dedicating this smiley to Emily;

His name is George and he is your friend, and forever reminder of your beloved xanga.

Life has gotten a bit hectic, and I am starting college classes (!!!!!) in just a week or so. How ridiculous is that?! I'm excited, but I'm also realizing that it means that a lot of my foolish time wasting has to end. I love to just skip out of school to go do something fun with my friends (yes, I have real life friends, thank you)...and I can't just do that if I have actual CLASS that I have to go to and do homework for. I will miss the flexibility very much.

Then comes the realization that HELLO..I am GRADUATING. I have to plan a graduation. a party. and have pictures taken. and then SEND them to people!

That makes me happy, because everyone knows that Mackenzee loves parties. But it's also sad. Because it means that this part of my life is over. I will probably never suffer through Greek, struggle through Algebra, and choke my way through ancient History! In a way, that is sad. In a way, it is happy. It makes me so confuzzled in my brain!

Sigh.
Oh, and, all of you are invited to my graduation party. Hehe. We will put people...uh...in the yard. or something. Haha. That would actually be hilarious. My entire backyard filled with tents of homeschoolers and former homeschoolers and their families. It's definitely an entertaining image.

I can hear my siblings arguing about who is going to squish the moths in the kitchen. Allie says 'Go squish them! I have to make lunch!' (when she wanted to do something else, she didn't have TIME to make lunch, only a few minutes ago!) and Savannah SCREAMS 'NO!! MOTHS ARE DISGUSTING AND I AM NOT GOING TO SQUISH IT!!!!!!!!!!!'

It's making me laugh.
Anderson adds his two cents 'ha ha. you have to squish 'em. they're GWOTH! [translation; gross]'

I will probably end up going in there and killing the offending flying objects myself.

Okay. I've wasted enough time & my room needs cleaning...and I'm hungry.

With lots of love,
KenzyBeth
